Sprinkler blowouts in Salt Lake City

We blow the water out of your sprinkler lines before the first hard freeze. $150 for most homes.

Don't let a freeze crack your pipes

Water left in sprinkler lines over a Salt Lake winter can freeze, expand and crack pipes, valves and heads. Usually you don’t find out until you turn the system on in spring.

A blowout pushes compressed air through each zone until only mist comes out of the heads, so there’s no water left in the lines to freeze.

Questions

How much is a sprinkler blowout?

$150 for most homes. Large properties are quoted separately.

When should I get my sprinklers blown out?

Once you’re done watering for the year, and before nights start dropping well below freezing.

What if something is already broken?

Tell us what you’re seeing. We also do sprinkler maintenance.

Can I do it myself?

You need an air compressor that moves enough air for a sprinkler system, and too much pressure can damage it. Most people find it easier to have it done.
