Free Lawn Aeration

With any seasonal lawn care plan from Higginson Landscaping.

Thicker turf | Fewer bare spots | Healthier root growth

Why Homeowners Notice a Difference

Most lawns in Salt Lake become compacted over time. When the soil tightens, water and nutrients can’t reach the roots, which is why grass slowly thins even when it’s being watered.

After aeration, the lawn is able to breathe again. Over the next few weeks, water penetrates deeper, fertilizer becomes more effective, and bare areas begin filling in naturally instead of struggling to recover.

This is why we include aeration when homeowners want long-term improvement rather than temporary results.

How the Service Works

We run a consistent weekly schedule in each neighborhood so your lawn is maintained on the same day every week. That consistency keeps growth even and prevents the cycle of overgrowth and heavy cutting that stresses turf.

Our crew handles mowing, edging, and seasonal treatments together, and aeration is added at the right time of year for root development, not randomly whenever a company has availability.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used Higginson to clean up my overgrown front and back yard in order to prep our house for sale. They did an amazing job. Have since re-booked them for additional work at the new place and that’s been great too—responsive communication, good attention to detail, fair pricing.
